Notes let you create rich text documentation attached to clients, projects, tasks, or appointments. Use notes for:

  • Design ideas and concepts
  • Client preferences and skin conditions

  • Any information you want to keep with a specific record

  1. Navigate to the entity you want to attach a note to (client, project, task, or appointment)
  2. Find the Notes section
  3. Click Add Note
  4. Enter a title and your note content using the rich text editor
  5. Save

  1. Open a note for editing
  2. Click the attachment button or drag files into the editor
  3. Upload images, PDFs, or other documents
  4. Files are embedded in or linked from the note

Access notes in multiple ways:

  • Notes Section – View all notes with search and filtering
  • Entity View – See notes attached to a specific client, project, task, or appointment
  • Search – Find notes by title or content

Yes. Your personal notes are only visible to you. In studio context:

  • Notes can be shared with the studio based on your permission settings
  • You control whether studio members can see your notes
  • Studio-created notes are visible according to member visibility settings

Notes are organised by what they're attached to:

  • View all notes for a specific client
  • See project-related notes together
  • Access notes linked to upcoming appointments

The contextual organisation ensures notes are always available where you need them.
