Yes. Every user has their own unique encryption key. Encrypted information includes email content, phone numbers, addresses, notes, financial information, and Instagram messages. Even if our systems were compromised, your data would remain unreadable. Our staff cannot read your personal client information.

Only you can see and access your personal account data. If you're in a studio, studio owners can see studio-level data only. Your personal data - personal email, personal clients not assigned to the studio - remains private. Your data is always scoped to your account.

Yes. When you delete records, data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind. After 30 days, it is permanently removed. You can also export your data anytime. Your clients, your records, your files.

The artist takes everything with them. Their clients, projects, messages, and data go with their account. There is no data to transfer and no arguments about ownership. The studio retains historical records of work that was assigned to the departed artist, but the artist's personal data moves with them.

Yes. Studio accounts can purchase additional artist seats at any time. Each additional seat costs an additional fee per month. Invited artists get full access to all Artist plan features within the studio context, and the studio sets permissions for what data is shared.

Go to Settings, then Billing, then Cancel Subscription. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again. Your data is preserved for 30 days in case you resubscribe.
