Manage your subscription, update payment methods, and understand your plan.

Try pencild with full access before you commit.

Standard trial: 14 days from account creation
Extended trial: 30 days if you add a payment method during signup
During the trial:
- Full access to all features for your account type
- No charge until trial ends
- Cancel anytime before trial ends without being charged
When the trial ends:
- If you've added payment, your subscription begins automatically
- If no payment method, you'll be prompted to subscribe to continue
Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade, update payment, or cancel your subscription.

- Go to Settings
- Click on Billing or Subscription
- Click Change Plan or Upgrade
- Review available plans and their features
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
What happens:
- Your plan changes take effect immediately
- You'll be credited for unused time on your old plan
- New billing amount reflects on your next invoice

- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Update Payment Method or Payment Settings
- You'll be redirected to our secure payment provider
- Enter your new card details or select a different payment method
- Confirm the update
- You'll be redirected back to pencild
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Other methods may be available depending on your region

- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- You may be asked for feedback (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
What happens after cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You won't be charged again
- After the period ends, your account becomes inactive
- Your data is preserved for 30 days in case you resubscribe
- After 30 days of inactivity, data may be permanently deleted
To resubscribe: Simply choose a plan and add payment again before your data is deleted.
